piloxingIako već svatko od nas ima omiljeni način vježbanja koji mu je prešao u naviku, proljeće je prilika da probate nešto novo i moderno. Još ako ste osoba koja voli biti u trendu, pratiti poznate i slavne, onda nećete pogriješiti. Uz sve to, troši 800 kalorija po satu, djelotvorno formira figuru i se zove - piloxing!

 


Najnoviji trend stigao je iz Kalifornije, kako bi i na ovim područjima svojim izazovnim pokretima vježbanja osvojio što više pripadnika. Nježni pokreti pilatesa usklađeni su sa grublim pokretima boksa čineći ovu jedinstvenu kombinaciju rekreacije koja je osvojila brojne filmske glumice i pjevačice.

Nježno, grubo, efikasno

piloxingOva savršena sportska kombinacija objedinjuje dobrobiti i jednog i drugog treninga. Cilj je da trening počne polagano, s laganim vježbama iz pilatesa da bi se nastavio s nizovima udaraca i ostalih pokreta iz boxa koji će vam pomoći da se oznojite i izbacite toksine iz tijela. Dok je pilates graciozan, gradi tijelo iznutra i poboljšava držanje i ravnotežu, boks se fokusira na živost, snažeći gornji dio tijela i izgarajući kalorije.

Kako ne bi postalo dosadno, u piloxiranje je uključeno i malo plesnih koraka da bi se dobila određena senzualnost, dinamičnost, sklad i ženstvenost. Kao podloga rekreaciji, glazba se kreira posebno, a trening traje oko 50 minuta, ovisno o treneru ili mogućnostima snage. Posebnost piloxinga je  u tome što obuhvaća sve dijelove tijela, pa možete računati na poboljšanje i guze, i trbuha i nogu i ruku, a osmislila ga je Viveca Jensen, trenerica američkih glumica i voditeljica.

Pažnja i koncentracija

Viveca JensenKao kod svakog vježbanja bez visoke koncentracije i pozitivnog razmišljanja, teško je ostvariti dobre rezultate, pa osnivačica Viveca Jensen naglašava važnost vježbanja s punom pažnjom. Stanje uma od velike je važnosti jer je vježbanje jedan oblik mentalnog treninga. "Ako ubacite vježbanje u svoj dnevni raspored, uskoro ćete ustanoviti da ga tijelo samo traži. Tako se ljudi odnose prema piloxingu, jer uključuje i fizičku i mentalnu snagu."

Kako bi vježbanje bilo uspješno, važno je koristiti dio tijela koji zovemo centar snage odn. centar ravnoteže koji je za svakog posebno smješten. Ako ne koristite centar snage, ne možete izvesti pokret i vježbanje će biti puno teže i zahtjevnije. Donji dio tijela zadržava se u položaju kojim se održava temeljna snaga, no gornji dio tijela se kreće.
