kako-postati-ostati-nesretanZanimljiva knjiga dviju renomiranih psihologinja, Dubravke Miljković i Majde Rijavec, koje na jednostavan, duhovit i pristupačan način predstavljaju psihologiju iracionalnih vjerovanja. Kroz mnoge anegdote dočarale su jednostavnost življenja koje se odražava u osmijehu, toleranciji i samomotivaciji.

 


Knjiga se bavi temama poput "Zašto patimo?", "Moramo li patiti?", te kako možemo prepoznati i spriječiti iracionalna vjerovanja. Za svaku navedenu problematiku ponudile su uzrok, posljedicu, rješenje, te kvalitetne životne primjere. U knjizi se mogu naći i brojni testovi osobnosti kroz koje možemo upotpuniti sliku o sebi. Uz mudre i lijepe citate mnogih spisatelja i filozofa upotpunile su svaku cjelinu primjerima koji pojednostavljuju problem i predlažu efikasno riješenje.

Naše zadovoljstvo i nezadovoljstvo ne izazivaju izvanjski događaji, nego naše tumačenje tih događaja. Druge ljude i događaje teško možemo kontrolirati, ali svoje misli sigurno možemo.

Dubravka Miljković i Majda Rijavec poznate su psihologinje i profesorice na Učiteljskom fakultetu u Zagrebu. Objavile su veći broj stručnih i znanstvenih radova, te su dobitnice nagrade Ramiro Bujas za izuzetna dostignuća u afirmaciji i popularizaciji psihologijske znanosti.

Zajedno su napisale mnoga djela na području psihologije svakodnevnog življenja, kao što su: Tko su dobri ljudi, Tri puta do otoka sreće, U potrazi za čarobnom svjetiljkom, Srce moje i tvoje u ljubavi stoje, Razgovori sa zrcalom, S onu stranu zrcala, A što biste vi učinili.
