cranberyVjerojatno i vaš ritam u ovo doba godine postaje sve gušći i gušći. Obitelj, posao, kupovina poklona i druge svakodnevne obaveze potiču nas da potražimo dodatne izvore energije. Izbjegavajte pad energije koji dolazi nakon ukljanjanja šećera iz prehrane, kao što su slatkiši, kolači, soda-pića. Smanjite namirnice kao što su mliječni proizvodi, meso, masnoće i alkohol. Ne preskačite doručak, i nastojte ne jesti iza 18h.

 


1. Jedite bobice

Plodovi bobica su puni energije, također antioksidansa koji odstranjuju otrove iz sustava koji su često uzroci kroničnog umora. Bobice podrazumjevaju ribizle, borovnice, brusnice, maline, trešnje i druge, koje u ove zimske dane obično konzumiramo sušene, najbolje kao dodatak integralnim žitaricama uz doručak. Kombinirajte najbolje od bobica i orašara da napravite idealan međuobrok bogat antioksidansima, polifenolima, esencijalnim masnih kiselina i vlakana kako bi zadržali energiju tijekom cijelog dana.

2. Koristite magnezij

Svaki put kad vaše tijelo proizvodi energiju, stanice mitohondrija, mali, moćni generatori snage trebaju magnezij. Mnogi ljudi ne dobivaju dovoljno ovog bitnog minerala zbog dviju prehrambenih navika: previše soli i previše mlječnih proizvoda. Bogat izvor magnezija su sjemenke: bučine, suncokretove, sezamove i druge, a također i orašari: bademi, brazilski oraščići, lješnjaci i sl. Starije osobe mogu uzimati i dodatno 500mg magnezija dnevno u tabletama.

3. Hrana protiv umora

Najbolji izvor energije su namirnice s malim glikemijskim indeksom. Hrana s visokim glikemijskim indeksom kao što su kruh, tjestenina, krumpir brzo daje energiju, ali ona brzo i nestaje. Za razliku od nje, hrana s niskim glikemijskim indeksom kao što su integralne namirnice, omogućava dugu psihofizičku aktivnost. Tu se ubraja ječam, bulgur, grah i mahunarke.

4. Nabavite zelenu energiju

Trava pšenice, ječmena trava, morska trava, zelena magma, spirulina sadrže klorofil i visokokvalitetne proteine koji omogućuju dugotrajnu energiju. Svakodnevno izmiješajte prašak od navedenih namirnica s vodom, sokom ili čajem za dodatnu energiju.

5. Ginseng je snažan eliksir

Ginseng je kralj energije; tonik koji se koristi u kineskoj medicini već 5 000 godina. Za razliku od kave koja stimulira središnji živčani sustav, ginseng blago podiže energiju. Svrstan je u skupini adaptogena, što znači da pomaže imuno sustavu da izdrži stres. Dostupan je u obliku tableta i čajeva u biljnim ljekarnama.

6. Svakodnevno vježbajte

Redovita svakodnevna tjelovježba pomaže podizanje opće razine energije. Ako vam se ne sviđa ideja odlaska u znojne teretane, možete početi s rutinskim šetnjama po naselju. Ispočetka krenite s 10-15 minuta, dok ne dosegnete 45-60 min šetnje svakodnevno. Osjećat ćete se svježe i poletnije.

7. Nađite vremena za sebe

Volite li masažu, saunu ili meditaciju, nađite vremena barem jednom tjedno da prakticirate neku od ovih aktivnosti, bilo sami ili uz odabrano društvo. Vrijeme koje posvetite sebi, višestruko vam se vraća.
