figuraŽenska figura oblika pješčanog sata sve više poprima oblik jabuke, zbog sjedalačkog načina života sa premalo vremena za tjelovježbu. Bujna prsa, uzak struk, široki bokovi – ovakve ćemo pripadnice nježnijeg spola u budućnosti viđati sve rjeđe. Britansko istraživanje potvrdilo je da seksi ženske figure nestaju: u slijedećih 50 godina obujam ženskog struka porast će s 86 na 106 centimetara.

 


Istraživanje Prima magazina pokazalo je da je ženski struk već sada 18 centimetara širi nego kod naših baka, a ženska tijela sve više poprimaju muška obilježja. Pedesetih godina filmske sirene poput Marilyn Monroe i Raquel Welch oduševljavale su obožavatelje svojim tanašnim strukićima i zaobljenim bokovima i grudima. U današnje vrijeme takvim se figurama mogu pohvaliti Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez i Scarlett Johansson no jesu li one posljednje predstavnice prave ženske ljepote?

Vježbe za lijepu liniju

Još uvijek nije kasno pokazati znanstvenicima da nisu bili u pravu i isprobati nekoliko jednostavnih vježbi za trbuh iz snova!

Legnite na leđa sa savinutim koljenima, stopala stavite na pod, a ruke uz tijelo. Izdahnite i stisnite trbušne mišiće dok klizite desnom rukom prema desnoj nozi. Glava i vrat moraju ostati u ravnini, a donji dio leđa ne smijete podizati od poda. Vratite se u početni položaj i isto napravite s lijevom rukom. Ponovite 15 puta.

Legnite na leđa s prstima isprepletenim iza glave. Čvrsto stiščući trbušnjake, podignite lijevo koljeno i dodirnite ga s desnim laktom. Vratite se u početni položaj pa podignite desno koljeno i dodirnite ga s lijevim laktom. Polaganim, kontinuiranim pokretima mjenjajući strane ponovite 15 puta pazeći da su trbušni mišići stalno aktivni, a ruke opuštene kako ne biste istegnuli vrat. Napravite dva seta po 15 puta.

Legnite na leđa s raširenim rukama, s nogama u zraku i ispruženim stopalima. Izdahnite i polako spuštajte noge na lijevu stranu oko 15 centimetara od poda te u isto vrijeme vucite pupak prema kralježnici. Vratite se u početni položaj te ponovite na desnu stranu. Mjenjajući strane ponovite 15 puta i tako u tri seta.
