sportPredavanje "Zdravstvene blagodati tjelovježbe u prevenciji mišićnih ozljeda" u organizaciji Udruge Medikus održat će dr. Olivija Holjac (HZZO), certificirana sportska voditeljica. Po prvi put Udruga Medikus organizira online-predavanje (webinar) kako bi bila dostupna većem broju posjetitelja, a u želji da prati moderne edukativne trendove. Online-predavanje bit će dostupno na Medikus Youtube linku, te verificirano bodovima za zdravstvene radnike od strane Hrvatske liječničke komore.

 

 

Prednosti su brojne jer redovito vježbanje povećava snagu i fleksibilnost mišića. Smanjuje rizik od ruptura i trauma mišića pri naglim pokretima. Poboljšava i zdravlje kostiju, te prevenira osteoporozu i posljedične lomove. Smanjuje rizik kardiovaskularnih bolesti, te olakšava regulaciju optimalne tjelesne težine i mogućnost javljanja šećerne bolesti.  Zdravstvene blagodati tjelovježbe za prevenciju mišićnih ozljeda su brojne i jednostavne jer ne zahtjevaju velik prostor i mnogo opreme.

Tjelovježba je osobito pristupačna u ljetnim mjesecima jer pored zatvorenih, a dostupni su i otvoreni gradski prostori za vježbanje. Potrebne su prostirke, utezi i trake za vježbanje da se u 30-tak minuta dnevno napravi osnovni kardiovaskularni trening snage. Bilo ujutro, kao uvod u početak dana ili navečer, nakon svakodnevnih obaveza 30-minutno zagrijavanje i razgibavanje dovoljni su za podizanje imuniteta, poboljšanje raspoloženja i prevenciju zdravlja.
