Premršavi ste

Ako vam je indeks tjelesne mase ispod 18.5, upravo to može biti razlog zašto vam je uvijek hladno. Zbog manjka dovoljne količine masnoće u organizmu, teško vam je zagrijati se, potaknuti cirkulaciju i zadržati toplinu. Mršave neaktivne osobe izložene su većem riziku od bolesti nego teške i aktivne!

Nedostaje vam željeza

Niska razina željeza u vašem organizmu može rezultirati slabim prijenosom kisika kroz vaše tijelo zbog nema ni prijenosa topline. Bez željeza, crvene krvne stanice ne mogu efikasno raditi svoj posao - prenositi kisik u sve dijelove tijela - i zbog toga se tresete i osjećate hladnoću.

Ne spavate dovoljno

Nedostatak sna može pogoditi vaš živčani sustav na način da uspori mehanizme u mozgu koji utječu na tjelesnu temperaturu. Nedostaje vam mišićne mase

Mišići vam pomažu proizvesti odgovarajuću tjelesnu temperaturu. Stoga, zbog nedostatka mišićne mase možete se osjećati tako da vam je stalno hladno. Svakako biste trebali razmisliti o različitim treninzima pomoću kojih ćete i ubrzati cirkulaciju i izgraditi svoje mišiće.
