Slovenija je u posljednja 24 sata registrirala 666 novih slučajeva zaraze koronavirusom, što je 103 manje nego prije tjedan dana, a od COVID-19 umrlo je još sedam osoba, čime se ukupan broj umrlih popeo na 5542, objavio je u nedjelju Nacionalni institut za javno zdravstvo. Neke projekcije govore da bi se mogao očekivati novi uzlazni trend epidemije zbog brzog širenja Omicron varijante virusa tipa XBB.1.16. odnosno Arcturusa.
