zuc Pozivamo vas u ponedjeljak, 20.05. u 19h u dvoranu MZ Medveščak (Kazalište Mala scena) na stručno predavanje "Žučni kamenci-nastanak i liječenje" koje će održati dr. Vesna Vučičević, predsjednica Udruge Medikus. Na predavanju će se predstaviti mehanizam nastanka žučnih kamenaca, faktori rizika, znaci i simptomi, te metode liječenja, kao i preporuka odgovarajuće prehrane. Predavanje je za slušaoce bodovano shodno Pravilniku Hrvatske liječničke komore (4 boda). Ulaz slobodan!

Žučni kamenci

jetra Žučni mjehur je malena vrećica smještena ispod jetre u kojoj se skladišti žuč proizvedena u jetri, neophodna za probavu masti. Ukoliko se prehranom unosi previše masti, izlučuje se previše kolesterola u žuč, zbog čega se ona zgrušava i nastaju žučni kamenci. Žučni kamenci mogu biti maleni poput pijeska ili veličine golf loptice i češći su u žena nego u muškaraca.

U nekim slučajevima ne predstavljaju nikakve ili povremene poteškoće koje se mogu ublažiti odgovarajućom prehranom, a u drugim mogu zatvoriti ulaz u žučni kanal i uzrokovati upalu. Ukoliko predstavljaju smetnju u smislu otežane probave, bolova u gornjem dijelu trbuhu, naduvenosti, mučnina i povraćanja, potrebno je kirurški ih odstraniti.

Predavanje se održava u dvorani MZ Medveščak (Kazalište Mala scena).
