njega-kozeHladne vremenske neprilike, oštar vjetar, niska vlažnost, i boravak u zatvorenom uzrokuju suhu kožu tijekom zimskih mjeseci. Potrebno joj je mnogo njege s preparatima koji joj daju vlažnost. Ukoliko uživate u zimskim sportovima treba imati na umu da snijeg jako reflektira sunčeve zrake, te se zaštiti kremom s visokim zaštitnim faktorom.

 


Savjeti za njegu kože:

1. Očistite kožu

Odstranjivanje odumrlih stanica kože prvi je korak protiv suhe kože, piše Joely A. Kaufman, MD, dermatologija. Što je čišća kože, dublje može prodrijeti ovlaživač. Za odstranjivanje starih stanica kože, Kaufman savjetuje salicilnu kiselinu.

2. Vlažite kožu

Kada očistite kožu i postane glatka i svježa, slijedi vlaženje. Proizvodi za ovlaživanje spriječavaju isparavanje vode iz vaše kože. Ne možete si priuštiti skupe kreme i losione? Za suhu kožu možete koristiti ovlaživač s osnovnim sastojcima kao što su mineralna ulja, ili glicerin. Za koji god proizvod se odlučili, upotrebljavajte ga odmah nakon tuširanja utrljavajući nježno u kožu.

3. Pranje i kupanje

Dugotrajno kupanje i tuširanje može isušiti kožu, zato dr. Kaufman savjetuje tuširanje i kupanje mlakom vodom uz upotrebu tekućih sapuna srednjeg pH, nježnog za kožu.

4. Pijte puno tekućine

Pijte 6-8 čaša vode dnevno, redovito uzimajte tekućinu i prije nego se osjećate žedni.

5. Hrana za zdravu kožu

Omega-3-masne kiseline čine kožu prirodno vlažnom. Premalo omega-3-masnih kiselina isušuje kožu, a uzrokuje i akne. Obogatite vašu prehranu ribom poput tune, srdele i skuše.

6. Vlažite prostoriju

Suhi zrak škodi koži, te je preporučljivo paziti na vlažnost prostorije. Vlaga u prostoriji trebala bi biti između 40 i 50%. Na tržištu se može naći više vrsta ovlaživača prostorije, a poželjno je držati i biljke u prostoriji.

7. Čuvajte se sunca

Iako su sunčeve zrake manje intenzivne zimi, ipak mogu oštetiti vašu kožu, osobito na snijegu. Snijeg bolje reflektira sunce od vode čak 80%, dok pijesak odbija samo 20%. Za dnevnu zaštitu na snijegu poželjno je koristiti kreme s zaštitnim faktorom (SPF) najmanje 15. Također koristite sunčane naočale, kapu i šal.
