Humano društvo ne smatra osobe s invaliditetom osobama smanjenih sposobnosti i različitih potreba, već osobama istih potreba i različitih sposobnosti. Potpuna integracija osoba s invaliditetom u zajednicu u konačnici ponajviše ovisi o zapošljivosti te populacije. Centar za zapošljavanja osoba sa invaliditetom grada Vukovara (CEIV) pruža profesionalna usluge čišćenja snijega kao oblik integracije osoba sa invaliditetom u društvo. S dolaskom zime javlila se potreba za nabavom opreme za čišćenje snijega, te se Centar obraća s molbom za donacijom.
