Marijana i Biljana odlučile su pokrenuti projekt želeći pomoći onim najmlađima koji odlaze na kemoterapije, nadajući se da će im vlasulje barem malo olakšati to bolno razdoblje koje moraju proći. Za jednu periku potrebno je 6 do 8 repova/pletenica, a za njezinu izradu do mjesec dana ili 80 do 110 sati. Marijanin i Biljanin rad je volonterski i sve što se za sada financira, ide iz njihovih džepova. Dvije mlade žene, majke i osobe kakvih nam treba više u ovom društvenom sivilu, Biljana Bjelajac Poznić i Marijana Čergar, stoje iza akcije "Kosa ljubavi" koja budi veliki interes i odaziv širom Hrvatske. Pokrenule su skupljanje kose za izradu perika djeci oboljeloj od malignih i autoimunih bolesti, kao i odraslima. Kažu, najvažniji im je onaj trenutak kada će izmamiti osmijeh djeteta koje će dobiti kosu.
